Return Policy:
All returns must be pre-authorized by Mountain Khakis. Please follow the return procedure.

1. Email Mountain Khakis customer service at customerservice@mountainkhakis.com for a Return Authorization (RA) number. Include a description of the problem or product defect. All returned packages must display the RA # on the outside of the package and a copy of the original invoice or packing slip must accompany the items.
2. For size changes do not remove tags. If tags are removed, a refund or exchange will not be accepted and the product will be shipped back.
